Monday night, I baked cookies for a special event at work today, and packed the house…
Yesterday night I went grocery shopping, warmed up dinner, did the laundry and prepared ingredients for tonight’s dinner. And packed the house some more.
Tonight, in just over half an hour actually, we have two dear friends coming over for dinner. I’m making pork chops, mashed potatoes and salad. All in 45 minutes. (Dashed home from work in a cab!)
The potatoes are boiling… I hope this goes well. Will report back later!
