Main Squeeze

Here’s a little inexpensive something I bought from Howard’s Storage World that I just love. I can’t remember what it’s called, but it basically helps you get every last bit of toothpaste out of the tube. It’s real easy to use, and it works great.

I read in some magazine that you can tie two toothpicks together at the ends using rubber bands, and fit that whole contraption around the tube to achieve the same effect. I appreciate the resourcefulness behind the idea but the problem is, regular-length toothpicks aren’t long enough to go around a large toothpaste tube!

I also found this handy page on the net that shows you how to get your toothpaste out just using a counter top. I think the only tiny drawback to this is that you have to do it every time until you’ve finally run out completely. But hey, it’s free =)
